The purpose of the parade is to give local residents and
visitors an opportunity to celebrate Mardi Gras Goodland-style...on the
water. We have two goals. The first is to have fun. The second is to raise
money to benefit Avow Hospice. Extravagance is NOT required and boats
of all sizes and shapes are welcome.
Last Year's Parade raised $24,000 for Avow Hospice.
This year's theme is "Colors". Pick any idea associated with a
Color and decorate your crew and boat to depict it.
